1. The first step is to open a Google sheet and click a spot that you need someone to review.

2. Right Click highlight

3. Scroll down and click Comment

4. Type in the Comment field, what you need them to review and then use the @ symbol or + sign to mention them. 

By mentioning someone, this will send them an email notifying them to review the document.

5. Select the person from the dropdown or begin typing their name or email for it to populate.

6. Click Assign.

7. Click Assign 

By assigning someone, they will be the only one that will be able to mark it complete.

8. Scroll up and click highlight

9. Click the Checkmark to mark it done.

10. That's it. You're done.
