1. The first step is to open a Google sheet and click a spot that you need someone to review.

2. Right Click highlight

3. Scroll down and click Comment
|
4. Type in the Comment field, what you need them to review and then use the @ symbol or + sign to mention them. By mentioning someone, this will send them an email notifying them to review the document. |
5. Select the person from the dropdown or begin typing their name or email for it to populate.

6. Click Assign. |
7. Click Assign By assigning someone, they will be the only one that will be able to mark it complete. |
8. Scroll up and click highlight

9. Click the Checkmark to mark it done.

10. That's it. You're done.
