1. While in a Google Meet, click Present now to begin sharing your screen with participants.
|
2. Three sharing options will appear. |
3. Sharing A Chrome tab is best for presenting videos with animation or sound. This sharing preference tends to work the best for most lessons. |
4. Sharing A window is best if you are splitting your screen and viewing the Meet participants in another window while presenting.
|
5. Sharing Your entire screen is best if you plan on using multiple tabs and will be switching between tabs while presenting. |
6. Once you click your preference for sharing a pop up window will appear. Click on the screen or tab you wish to share to highlight your choice. Click Share to begin presenting. |
7. Once you are presenting, the Meet participants will view everything in the Chrome tab, screen, or window. Make sure tabs with confidential information are closed during a Meet. |
8. While presenting, any clicks that you make will happen in live time for the participants. |
9. You can always view Slides in Present mode while presenting. Your Slides will take up the entire screen.
|
10. The view for participants will look like this while you are presenting. The participants will still be able to see you while you are presenting. |
11. Click Stop presenting to stop sharing your screen in a Meet. This will not end your Meet.
