Step 2 image

3. Next, click Org Chart.

Step 3 image

4. Here you will see a list of the C-Suite executives is shown. In this example, I am looking for someone in the operations department so we will need to revise these results. One way to revise the results is by changing the department.

5. Alternatively, you can search by a contact name or job title. In this case we will be looking at the overall operations department.

Step 5 image

6. For this example we'll revise this list using the department drop down. After clicking on the drop down, scroll down and click on Operations.

Step 6 image

7. Now you can see contacts listed for this company's operations department, and the internal hierarchy for that department. This can be helpful when you are given a department that handles the waste, or a contact says "My boss handles that."

Step 7 image

8. Example: If we spoke with Robin Hensley who said "My boss is the one who makes those decisions." We can use this chart to identify that Michael Meek is her boss, and that they are both on the "Facilities and Security" team at Floor and Decor Corp.
