1. This tutorial will guide you to setup IATF projects / certificates. Please check the actual pdf certificate. If the certificate is not issued, please check the APF. |
2. This tutorial will show you how to do the project review for IATF projects and in how to create local language certificates We recommend to correct the projects before initiating a technical review. |
3. If the certificates has a second page you need to setup the same details in Service Cloud. Please notice that RSL sites shall be linked to the scheme called IATF 16949:2016 (Support Site) |
4. Open the project and go to Sites

5. Filter on the Scheme. The production sites and extended workbenches shall be linked to the scheme IATF 16949:2016. All RSL shall be linked to the scheme IATF 16949:2016 (Support Site). |
6. Open the production site record.

7. Go to the bottom and add the Site Function

8. Click on Save

9. Open the Support Sites
|
10. Go to the bottom and update the Site Function
|
11. You do not need to update the IATF RSL Function. Please add these details to the certificate Site Scope. |
12. Update the IATF RSL Certification Body. All Competitors should be available. If required send a request to 8989 to get the competitor added. |
13. Please search for the Certification Body. Either you check the issued certificate or the actual APF. |
14. Click on Save |
15. Click on Accept Please proceed with all other Remote Support Function. |
16. Click on Certificate

17. Doubleclick on the IATF Certificate

18. Add the Additional Certification Text. Either Exclusion: None or Exclusions: Product Design Please ensure that the exclusions are not listed in the Certificate Scope anymore. |
19. Click on Sites

20. Add the RSL Activities to the certificate site scope. Either
you copy from the issued certificate or from the actual APF. Please notice that the activities needs to be listed in alphabetical order. |
21. Click on Save and Close

22. You need to perform a project adjustment in NGQ when the scheme on the RSL is not IATF 16949:2016 (Support Site) or a RSL site is missing.

24. Open the issued certificate. Before you create the translation you might want to check the local site details

25. Click on Generate Report

26. Pick your required language.

28. Please pick the Template Name Certificate IATF

29. Click on Generate

30. Click on OK

32. Open the Word File.

33. Please check that the first page of certificate is completely translated. If there is an extended workbench then the formatted address should be shown below the address of Production Site. |
34. On the second page you need to check the translations of table header rows. If the Extended Workbenches will not be shown please check the site setup. |
