1. When you log into your PCCS google account, starting on August 11, you will see a prompt to enroll in 2-Factor Authentication to make your account more secure. To begin the process (it will take less than 2 minutes to complete), click enroll. |
2. Verify it is you by typing your password, then Click Next |
3. If you already use the Gmail app on your phone, you may see this prompt. If not, skip to step 5. If you'd like to use your cell for verification, which may be the easiest route, click continue & follow the prompts on your cell. Then skip to step 8. |
4. If you do not wish to use your cell phone, click Show more options. Then Click Text message or voice call. (You can also choose security key if you have purchased your own security key device) |
5. Click to Enter a phone number. It is recommended you enter a phone number you always have easy access to. |
6. Choose how you would like to get codes and click on text message OR phone call. |
7. After making your choice, click Next |
8. Confirm that it works! Click and then type to Enter the code you received either by google prompt, text or phone call. |
9. Then, Click Next |
10. It worked! Last, Click Turn on. |
11. That's it! You're account is more secure. Now you can access any PCCS digital platforms from the waffle (apps launcher) or simply close your tab. |
