1. You can view and export quiz reports to a CSV or Excel file for data analysis. The file contains all applicable information from the quiz so that you can query, sort, and evaluate the data without being connected to the learning management system. |
2. To set up a Quiz Report, open the course Homepage and click Grades. |
3. Click Quizzes |
4. Click the arrow next to the appropriate quiz. |
5. Click Setup Reports |
6. Click Add Report |
7. Click Report Name |
8. Type in the Report Name and hit Enter. |
9. Scroll down and select the Report Type and desired Options. |
10. Click Question Statistics for the average question score by points and percentage. |
11. Click Question Details to see the answers provided for each quiz attempt, how many users chose each possible answer, the total number of responses, and the average score on each question. |
12. Click Users Statistics to see the class average and standard deviation, grade distribution, and the grade of each user. |
13. Click Attempt Details to see the Org Defined ID, username, first name, and last name of each user. Detailed information about each question. The users’ responses for each question organized by attempt, including how long each attempt took. |
14. Click User Attempts to see the Org Defined ID, username, first name, and last name of each user. The users’ score for each question in points and percentage organized by attempt, including how long each attempt took. |
15. Click immediately to run and release the report right away, or click and add a date and time if you want the report to run at some time in the future, for example, after the test due date. |
16. Scroll down and select Instructor or anyone else you want to have access to the report. |
17. Scroll down and click Save |
18. Click Save and Close |
19. To view the report, click the arrow next to the appropriate quiz. |
20. Click View Reports |
21. Click the Name of the Report |
22. Decide what kind of report you want to generate, and click the appropriate option. Generate HTML will display the information in the web browser. |
23. After you have reviewed the information, click Go Back to Generate Report |
24. Click Done. That's if. You're done. |
