1. After you have logged into Canvas, the first step is to click Dashboard from the left blue global navigation menu.

2. Then, in the upper right corner click on the three dots to open the dashboard menu options.

3. Click Card View to easily view courses separately.

4. Then, to customize the courses you see, click on Courses in the left blue global navigation menu.

5. Scroll down and click All Courses

6. Click the star next to the course you do not want to see on your dashboard.

7. If the star is filled in, then it is visible on your dashboard. If is is just an outline it will not be visible on your dashboard but it will always be visible under courses.

8. Click Dashboard to see your visible courses.

9. That's it. You've customized your dashboard view.
