1. Go to the Holt Public Schools' Website. Click the PowerSchool icon.  |
2. If this is your first time logging in, click on Forgot Username or Password? and follow the prompts. A change password link will be emailed to you. |
3. Type your email address that is on file in HPS PowerSchool. |
4. Enter your PowerSchool password. |
5. Click sign in. |
6. Click the tab with your child's name. |
7. Click Forms. |
8. Click the Back to School Forms link |
9. Carefully review each section. Items marked with an asterisk (*) must be answered in order to submit the form. |
10. Use the dropdown menu to answer, when applicable. |
11. If you checked, "Other Allergy," please list in the appropriate field. |
12. Continue to review and edit if needed. |
13. Click box to acknowledge. |
14. Continue to carefully read each section and acknowledge by checking the box. |
15. If you will attend school hosted events during the instructional day, right click on the background check link to open in another window . Complete the form. |
16. Acknowledging each section lets the District know that you read the policy. |
17. This section contains links to District policy webpages. Please read the information on each linked page. Right click on the link to choose, "Open in a new tab." |
18. Click on the link to open the handbook for the building where your child attends. |
19. Contine to open and read all policy pages in this section. |
20. Click box to acknowledge. |
21. Type your name. |
