Should I buy before trying the free plan?
We recommend starting with the Free plan. You’ll get full access to core creation tools so you can experience how easy it is to build tutorials. When you’re ready for advanced features, upgrading is seamless.
What is your refund policy?
Contact Us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
Why upgrade if the Free plan already does so much?
Paid plans unlock privacy controls, custom branding, advanced analytics, and collaboration tools. You get everything you need to scale securely and professionally.
Are tutorials really unlimited?
Yes. All paid plans include unlimited tutorials with no hidden caps or limits.
I only create tutorials occasionally. Do I need a full-time subscription?
You can cancel anytime. When you downgrade, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan, and your published tutorials stay live. To edit private content again, simply re-activate your plan.
Can I pass creator seats around within iorad?
Yes. Your creators seats are yours to provision and share. You can cancel creator invites, remove creators from your team, and invite new team members to available creator seats at any time.
Can multiple team members share one account?
Each creator should have their own account to maintain analytics, permissions, and content security. For teams, our shared workspace plans are designed for collaboration. Contact Us for flexible options.
Is onboarding & training included?
Yes. Team and Enterprise level customers will receive a dedicated customer support specialist to help with onboarding and learning iorad best practices. Reach out to our team for more details on what is provided.
Can I host tutorials on my own website or servers?
Yes. Enterprise plans include HTML export and self-hosting capabilities for full control and compliance. Contact Us to learn more.
How do you handle credit card information?
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider trusted by Salesforce, Lyft, and other leading companies. iorad never stores your payment data.
Can we pay by invoice instead of credit card, and what are the terms?
Yes. Annual subscriptions can be paid by invoice via ACH or check. Contact Us to set up your payment plan.
